The garden of the San Marco in Florence

When I was in Florence, the last time in May 2015, I visited the monastery of San Marco. It is famour for its frescos by Fra Angelico, but I also really appreciated the little garden at the back of the monastery. It was not big, but I really felt at home here and I loved the peacefulness of the garden. Funny, how something relatively small and unimportant, can stay in your memory like this.

    1. Haha, it is a good excuse, but yes, you do not really need one to go to Florence :-)

      Kind regards,
