Looking back at 2016 in photo's

Today is the first day of the new year, and I wish you all a very good, new 2017!
But before we dive into 2017, I want to take a personal look back at 2016, in 12 photo's.

January
In January John Irving came to The Netherlands and I was there!
February
Umberto Eco died.
I wanted to study Medieval History because I read In the name of the Rose
March
I saw the beautiful exhibition Silence out loud.
April
Participating with the Urban Jungle Bloggers is so much fun!
May
In May I went to Paris again. Loved it.
June
I changed things around on this blog to make it more fun for myself.
It worked!
July
My balcony was ready for the Summer
August
In August I went to Venice with a friend and it was a beautiful vacation.
September
Lark and I read this book together and it was great fun to talk about it while we read it.
Hopefully we can do something like this again in the future
October
Beautiful exhibition of Russian art. Even the Volga boat hoalers was on display.
November
Leonard Cohen died.
For me he was the man with the most beautiful voice ever.
December
The last exhibition of the year, but it was an amzing one with paintings by Alma-Tadema

  1. What a great wrap-up of 2016! And I think we should definitely read another book together this year. Got any in mind?
