30 posts later :-)

In the past months I felt I had neglected this blog and I even thought about giving it up. With all the stress, online teaching etc. it seemed there was little time or energy or inspiration left for this blog.

So instead of going on a blogging break as I usually do during the Summer, I decided to go the other route, and publish 5 times a week, a post on each weekday, six weeks long, 30 articles in total.

Well, I must say that I really enjoyed it and it was not as difficult as I thought it would be to come up with ideas or to make sure I had something planned for each day. I liked how divers the topics were, from photo's to series and films, books, art, history and more personal articles. (at least, I did my best to make sure there was some diversity, I hope you enjoyed that as well)

I feel I do not want to give this blog up, I still enjoy it too much! :-) And I have ideas enough, I think.

From coming week I will go back to my normal schedule of one article per week, and I usually post on a Tuesday.

Coming Monday, school will begin again, and I am a bit anxious to see what the new year will bring us. I hope we can teach in a normal way, in our school, and we will not have to go back to online teaching again. But then again, if we have to, we will do it and we will do it the best we can.

Enjoy this weekend and I will see you again next week (looking forward to it).

  1. I'm glad you're not giving up your blog. I always enjoy all your posts, from your own photos, to the art you share, and the books you read. Good luck on Monday! I hope things go well with your school. Our schools start on the 24th...with masks required. My fingers are crossed we don't get a big spike in COVID cases.

    1. Thank you so much!!!

I also hope we do not get a second wave, but I fear we will. But we will see , all we can do is follow the rules and pay attention, and hopefully other people will do the same.

      Kind regards,
